Truist Arena Rules
To ensure the safety of all patrons and guests, Truist Arena has created the following code of conduct and policy guidelines. Please review and follow the rules and policies below as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.

Accessibility Policy
Truist Arena is proud to offer the following ADA-compliant accommodations to guests with accessibility needs.
Accessibility Seating: ADA-compliant seating is available across all levels and price ranges. Each wheelchair seat can come with up to three companion seats nearby.
Accessible Drop-Off: Patrons with disabilities may be dropped off at the drop-off circle in front of the arena. One should enter the campus of Northern Kentucky University from Nunn Drive to access the drop-off area
Listening Devices: Guests of the Truist Arena who are hearing impaired may request an amplification device for most events at the Arena. Please contact 859-292-2889 at least one week before a ticketed event for details. You will need a valid form of ID to rent a device free of charge.
Sign Interpreters: Guests may contact the venue at 859-292-2889 at least three weeks before a ticketed event to request the services of a sign interpreter.
Wheelchair Assistance: Wheelchair assistance is available to guests on a first-come-first-served basis. Please contact the event staff or call 859-292-2889 to organize assistance for your ticketed event.
Alcohol Policy
Truist Arena will only sell alcohol to patrons 21 years of age or older. By state law, Truist Arena will only accept Kentucky Driver’s Licenses, ID Cards, or state issued IDs that can be verified by scanner. Passports, military IDs, and other items that cannot be validated will not be accepted.
Arrival Policy
For most events, it is recommended that guests arrive no later than 30 minutes before an event’s start time. For some concerts and special events, late arrivals may be asked to wait before entry for an appropriate break period.
Camera Policy
Flash photography, video or audio recording devices, and professional cameras with detachable lenses are strictly prohibited for all performances. Standard or nonprofessional cameras are only allowed if both the venue and artist provides public authorization and will be noted in the program guide or description.
Cancellation Policy
Usually, events and shows are never canceled since the show must go on. But if a show is canceled or postponed due to weather or artist cancellation you can request a refund or reschedule of your ticket at 859-442-2652.
Dress Code Policy
Clothes are required but the style is up to you.
Lost and Found Policy
Lost an item at an event? You can ask event staff for help with finding the lost and found service. You can also call 859-442-2652 after the performance. Please be prepared to leave your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of your lost item.
Truist Arena does not claim responsibility for your lost possessions.
Prohibited Items
To keep guests and staff safe, Truist Arena prohibits the following items from the venue. If a prohibited item is found during a search, it may be disposed of or returned to the owner’s vehicle.
- Aerosol cans
- Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
- Animals
- Audio/Video recorders
- Backpacks
- Bags larger than 14″x14″x6″
- Balloons
- Camera cases
- Cameras with removable lenses or flash
- Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers
- Fireworks
- Flags, signs or banners with poles
- Hoverboards
- Laser pens/pointers
- Noisemakers such as air horns or whistles
- Outside food or drinks
- Tripods, monopods, other professional photography equipment or selfie sticks
- Pepper spray/mace
- Weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms, and spiked jewelry

Refund Policy
Unless a show is postponed or canceled, all sales are final. If a show is postponed or canceled, please call the box office at 859-442-2652 to ask about a refund or reschedule.
Smoking Policy
Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, vapes, or any other smoking paraphernalia is not allowed in the venue or within 300 feet of any entrance. You may ask the event staff if there is a designated smoking space available.
